Space Rental Fees: (For Private Events)
1. Hourly Option 1:
$50.00 per hour NOTE: (includes 45 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to break down) NOT FOR EVENTS WITH BANDS/DJS
A minimum of two hours is required in most cases. Included are 6 card sized tables and 24 chairs in the price of this option.
2. Full Rental Option 2:*****
4 hours = $325 (includes 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to break down) NOTE: Each additional hour will be charged @ a rate of $75.00 an hour. *****This option must be used if there will be a DJ or band. Included are 6 card sized tables and 24 chairs in this option.
3. Programs Option 3:
$600 = 8 hours daily (Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm only)
Additional Space/Equipment available for rental:
- Pergola Deck Rentals: Pergola Deck - 4 Tables; 16 Chairs = $150
- Garden Ground Rental Includes – Tent & one six foot table = $125
- Tables - $5.00 per table
- Chairs - $1.00 per chair
- Overhead/Slide/Enfocus Projector ~$15
- Sound System ~ $75 (includes speakers, microphone, and a 6track CD changer)
- Tents (10 x 10) ~ $25 each
- Grill ~ $20 each (two total)

· A $50.00 deposit is required for options 1. A $100.00 deposit is required to hold options 2. Call for more details on option 3.
